Step 1: Free Connection Call

Step 2: Comprehensive Initial Assessment
We go deep. This session covers your full health history, current symptoms, past treatments, and patterns that might be connected. By the end, we'll have a clear picture of what's driving your symptoms and whether functional testing would add value.

Step 3: Functional Testing
Testing is never required—but when it's useful, it can save months of guesswork. Options include:
HTMA – mineral status and metabolic patterns
GI-MAP – gut microbiome, pathogens, digestion markers
DUTCH – comprehensive hormone panel
We'll discuss what makes sense for you, including cost and timing. If testing isn't accessible right now, we work with what we have.
Step 4: Your Personalized Health Protocol
Based on your assessment and any test results, I create a custom protocol—nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle shifts designed around your specific needs.
We review it together in a follow-up session where you can ask questions and we'll map out how to implement it sustainably.
