Whole body, personalized support for stress, burnout, digestion, and inflammation

I offer 1:1 nutrition and integrative health support for people who are tired of guessing and want a clearer, more grounded approach to their health.

My work is rooted in clinical assessment, functional testing when appropriate, and realistic changes that fit into real life. We start by understanding your full picture — and build from there.

This is a good fit if you:

  • Have ongoing digestive, hormonal, or stress-related symptoms

  • Feel like you’ve “tried everything” but still don’t feel well

  • Want a practitioner who looks at patterns, not just symptoms

  • Value clarity, education, and a calm, collaborative process

  • Are open to nutrition and lifestyle changes, supplements, and functional testing when needed

Not a good fit:

  • This work may not be the best fit if you’re looking for a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all plan.

The Process

The Process

Comprehensive initial assessment

Every new client begins with a comprehensive initial assessment. This session allows me to fully understand your history, symptoms, goals, and any previous testing or treatments you’ve tried.

During this session we:

  • Review your health history and current concerns in depth

  • Identify key patterns and root-cause drivers

  • Discuss whether functional testing may be helpful

  • Create a clear, personalized roadmap and protocol

Length: 75–90 minutes
Investment: $200

If you decide to continue your healing journey with Fig and Field Wellness, from here, we decide together what level of support makes the most sense for you.

A thoughtful approach to functional testing

In some cases, functional testing (such as HTMA, GI-MAP, or DUTCH) can provide valuable insight and reduce guesswork. I use testing selectively — only when the results will meaningfully guide the plan.

Testing is never required upfront. If it’s appropriate, we’ll talk through:

  • Why a test may be helpful

  • What information it provides

  • Cost and timing

  • Alternative options if testing isn’t accessible right away

My goal is always to balance precision with practicality.
