The Process

The Process

Comprehensive initial assessment

Every new client begins with a comprehensive initial assessment. This session allows me to fully understand your history, symptoms, goals, and any previous testing or treatments you’ve tried.

During this session we:

  • Review your health history and current concerns in depth

  • Identify key patterns and root-cause drivers

  • Discuss whether functional testing may be helpful

Length: 75–90 minutes
Investment: $200

If you decide to continue your healing journey with Fig and Field Wellness, from here, we decide together what testing is appropriate for your unique situation so we can get the full picture of your health status.

A thoughtful approach to functional testing

In some cases, functional testing (such as HTMA, GI-MAP, or DUTCH) can provide valuable insight and reduce guesswork. I use testing selectively — only when the results will meaningfully guide the plan.

Testing is never required upfront. If it’s appropriate, we’ll talk through:

  • Why a test may be helpful

  • What information it provides

  • Cost and timing

  • Alternative options if testing isn’t accessible right away

My goal is always to balance precision with practicality.

The Protocol

Once we complete your intake appointment, plus any additional testing, I will create your Personalize Health Protocol. This may include a combination of nutrition recommendations, supplementation, and lifestyle adjustment to help meet your health goals.

The Health Protocol will be presented to you at a follow up appointment (45-60 min) where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.

If you feel you need longer term support to achieve your goals, we can discuss coaching session packages in this appointment as well.
